By registering an account or using any service on Phatay (https://phatay.click), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "You")
and Phatay ("we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and betting
platform at https://phatay.click. By accessing any part of the Phatay platform — including
browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Phatay, including sports betting,
online sabong, casino games, jackpot slots, color game, MMA betting, and any other product or feature
made available on the platform, whether now existing or added in the future.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy
and Responsible Gaming policy,
both of which form part of your agreement with Phatay.
2 Eligibility
To register and use the Phatay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age. Phatay strictly prohibits access by minors.
- You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing the Phatay platform is prohibited by local law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Phatay or any of its affiliated companies.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You do not have an existing Phatay account that has been suspended or permanently closed by us.
Age Verification:
Phatay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. If you cannot verify that you are 21 or older, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on Phatay. Opening or operating
multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods —
is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the
right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending bets.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your
Phatay account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address,
and Philippine mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading
information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your
username or password with anyone. Phatay will never ask for your password via email,
SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team
immediately at support@phatay.click.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
In compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements, Phatay may require you to complete
identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or when your account activity triggers
a review threshold. KYC documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of
address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified
timeframe may result in account restriction.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Phatay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels:
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking,
UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are conducted
in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum single transaction
limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. Phatay
reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your Phatay wallet balance in real time upon confirmed receipt
from your payment provider. Phatay does not charge fees on standard deposits, though
your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges. You are responsible for
any fees charged by your payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day under normal circumstances.
GCash and Maya transfers typically complete within one hour of processing. Bank transfers
via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 24 hours depending on your receiving bank.
Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to
verified accounts in your name. Phatay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 Pending KYC and Fraud Review
Phatay reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion
of KYC verification or during a fraud investigation. We will notify you if your withdrawal
is under review and provide an estimated resolution timeline.
Important:
Never deposit funds to any bank account or GCash number unless it is the official Phatay payment account listed in your member dashboard. Phatay will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal account.
5 Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on Phatay are subject to these Terms and any product-specific rules
displayed at the time of placing your bet. A bet is considered accepted only after you receive
a confirmation notification from the platform. Phatay reserves the right to void,
cancel, or suspend bets in the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
The minimum bet is ₱50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market
type, and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Phatay may impose
individual maximum bet limits based on member account history or risk management requirements.
5.3 In-Play and Live Betting
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement based on real-time event
data. Phatay accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect live odds
caused by data feed delays beyond our control. Bets accepted during a temporary odds error
will be voided and stakes returned.
5.4 Voided and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event, sabong match, or casino game round is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise
not completed within the required timeframe, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes
returned to your Phatay wallet balance. In parlay bets, voided legs are removed
and remaining selections are recalculated at original odds. Full sport-specific settlement rules
are available in the relevant product section of the platform.
5.5 Settlement
Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body, league, or arena.
In the event of a result dispute, Phatay will defer to the official ruling body's
decision. If a settlement error occurs, Phatay reserves the right to correct the
settlement at any time, including reversing incorrectly credited winnings.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
Phatay offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible members from time to time.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and validity periods
specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus terms are published at the time each promotion
is made available and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
New members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible
for a welcome bonus. To claim a welcome bonus, any wagering requirements must be fulfilled
within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will
result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Phatay reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses if we determine
that a member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple
accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit
promotion terms, or placing bets that do not represent genuine risk. Any winnings derived
from bonus abuse may be forfeited.
6.4 Cashback and Rebates
Where cashback or rebate promotions are offered, the applicable percentage, qualifying product,
calculation period, and payment timeline will be stated in the promotion details. Cashback
credits are typically issued to your Phatay wallet within 48 hours of the
calculation period closing.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Phatay platform:
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Opening or operating more than one account.
- Attempting to manipulate, fix, or exploit the outcome of any sporting event, sabong match, or casino game.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to place bets or access the platform.
- Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering.
- Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment reversals.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Phatay support staff or other members.
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of
all wallet balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement
authorities.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
Phatay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at
our discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
- Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals initiated by the member.
- Request by the member for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
- Instruction from a Philippine regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate funds in your Phatay
wallet will be held and returned to you if the investigation concludes in your favour,
minus any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Phatay will
communicate the outcome of any investigation by email to your registered address.
9 Responsible Gaming
Phatay takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended
to be a form of entertainment, and we want it to stay that way for every one of our members.
We provide the following tools to help you manage your betting activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount from your account settings.
- Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals showing how long you have been logged in and your net activity for the session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you not be re-registered on the platform.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the Phatay platform — including but not limited to text, images,
logos, software, database structures, and interface design — is the property of Phatay
or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the
Phatay platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy,
reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without
our prior written consent.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Phatay shall not
be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
- Service interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
- Losses resulting from delays in live data feeds or bet acceptance systems beyond our reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Phatay, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited
under applicable Philippine law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to
the maximum extent permitted by law.
12 Privacy and Data Protection
Phatay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and
applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
By registering on Phatay, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of
your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to
third parties. We may share your data with Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities
where required by law or our licence conditions.
13 Amendments to These Terms
Phatay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations as a member — we will
notify you via your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes
take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment
constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the
top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your
use of the Phatay platform shall first be submitted to our internal
dispute resolution process by contacting support.
If your dispute is not resolved through our internal process within 30 days of submission,
you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority under whose
jurisdiction Phatay operates. The courts of the Philippines shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
